QUANTUM ELECTRON: QED quantum electrodynamic electron spin
.     The characteristic of “Spin” is an intrinsic quality with no process to explain it.
.      Only a portion of its magnetization vector is along the Z axis for spin Up or Down.
.      The spin axis is where the precession axis is expected to be.
.      It is “AS IF“ it precesses but does not always radiate as would be expected.
.      Does not always radiate EM waves from orbital or precessional motions.
